ADAMSON conducted an outreach program during its stint in the 2015 MILO BEST SBP-Passerelle Twin Tournament in Baguio City as part of the school’s holistic development.
The Baby Falcons, mostly composed of Team B players who saw action in the tournament, held a feeding program at the Helping Hand Healing Ministry, while also conducting a basketball clinic for kids.
They also donated Adamson Cares shirts and basketballs from Freego, which is a supporter of the juniors basketball program.
“Aside from reaching out to less fortunate kids, we also want to teach our players the value of sharing their blessings and be aware of the things that are happening around them outside basketball. The players were so touched and moved by the experience,” said Freego sports director Edster Sy.
Adamson ruled Passerelle division of the BEST Twin Tournament by defeating Ateneo De Davao in the championship game last Sunday.
Rence Padrigao was adjudged the MVP.
