SAN Miguel Alab Pilipinas cagers Renaldo Balkman and Bobby Ray Parks, and Fil-American Mikhael McKinney of Chong Son Kung Fu took the week's individual awards in the Asean Basketball League (ABL).
Balkman was the recipient of the ABL World Import of the Week award while Parks was adjudged as the Local Player of the Week for leading San Miguel Alab Pilipinas to two victories during that week.
McKinney, meanwhile, won the Heritage Import Player of the Week for the second consecutive time for another impressive statline for Chong Son.
Balkman averaged 20.5 points, 11 rebounds, five assists, three steals, and 3.5 blocks as the Philippine-based squad won over Chong Son and Singapore last week.
Parks tallied 23.5 points, 4.4 rebounds, and three assists last week including a season-high 31-point performance against Chong Son last week.
Despite the loss to Alab, McKinney still had quality numbers as he had 28.5 points, 8.5 rebounds, and 9.5 assists per game in winning the honor.
