Jose shot 8 for 12 as the Truth scored their second win in eight games for a share of fourth spot with the reigning champion Dragons.
Wesley Hsu scored 23 points, making 7 of 9 attempts from three-point range, the most in league history.
The Truth converted a total of 11 triples from 18 attempts.
Cedric Oliver had 19 points, 16 rebounds, and 10 assists, while Derrick Hall added 19 points, seven rebounds, and nine assists for Kaohsiung.
