BOBBY Ray Parks Jr. and Christian Standhardinger have been named Players of the Week by the Asean Basketball League.
Parks was given the Local Player of the Week citation after finishing with 15 points, three rebounds, and two steals in San Miguel Alab Pilipinas win over Formosa on Sunday.
Alab Pilipinas won its eighth straight game and clinched a berth in the quarterfinals.
Standhardinger, meanwhile, copped the Heritage Import Player of the Week after finishing with 23 points and 13 rebounds in Hong Kong Eastern win over Chong Son Kung Fu last week.
Hong Kong tightened its grip on the top spot with an 11-2 record, followed by Chong Son with 9-3. Alab is behind Chong Son with an 11-4 card.
