PAUL Zamar had 22 points as Mono Vampire Basketball Club defeated CLS Knights Indonesia, 98-85, on Wednesday at the Stadium 29 in Bangkok.
The Mono Vampire import shot 10-of-13 from the field to emerge as the top scorer for the team, while adding six assists as the Thailand-based club won its first game in two outings.
Reggie Johnson had 21 points and 17 rebounds for Mono Vampire, which lost a double-overtime thriller to the Westports Malaysia Dragons on opening day.
Brian Williams contributed 25 points, 15 rebounds, and six assists for CLS Knights, who slipped to 1-3.
