MONO Vampire Basketball Club continued its winning run in the Asean Basketball League (ABL) on Wednesday night, beating the Singapore Slingers, 90-78, at the Stadium 29 in Bangkok.
Reggie Johnson had 25 points and 16 rebounds while Filipino heritage import Paul Zamar churned in 17 points including four triples as the Thailand-based squad won for the third time in four games.
Zamar was recently named as the Heritage Import of the Week by the league for his solid performance in the Thai team's past two games in which he averaged 19 points on 62-percent shooting.
Mono Vampire sits behind unbeaten teams Chong Son Kung Fu (3-0) and the Hong Kong Eastern (2-0) ahead of a match against Christian Standhardinger and the HK side on Friday in Bangkok.
