Tyler Lamb had 22 points, seven rebounds, six assists and three steals, while Christian Standhardinger added 21 points, six rebounds and two steals for Hong Kong Eastern.
Marcus Elliott contributed 19 points and 13 assists for Hong Kong Eastern, which beat Tanduay Alab Pilipinas on Wednesday.
Formosa, which lost to Alab Pilipinas on Saturday, suffered its fourth loss in five outings.
Hong Kong broke a 13-13 deadlock by finishing the first quarter with a 12-4 run, then scored 35 and 38 points respectively in the second and third quarters.
