FILIPINO heritage imports Achie Inigo and Raymar Jose helped show the way as the Kaohsiung Truth finally nailed their first win, beating the Saigon Heat, 83-82, on Saturday at the Kaohsiung Municipal Senior High School gym.
The Truth stopped the bleeding after four losses, getting a boost ahead of the game against Alab Pilipinas on Sunday.
Inigo had 18 points and Jose added 12 markers for the Taiwanese club.
Inigo also had three rebounds and four assists to help lift the Truth, who outscored the Heat, 26-16, in the third.
