RUBILEN Amit will skipper Team Asia in the Queens Cup billiards competition slated April 16-18 at Resorts World Manila.
Amit, the 2009 world 10-ball champion, will be joined by Jennifer Chen of Chinese Taipei, Eunji Park of Korea, and another player to be announced, according to the organizing Dragon Promotions.
Team West will be led by Ewa Mataya Laurance of Sweden and Jennifer Barretta of the US.
The three-day event will feature 10-ball matches in singles, doubles, triples, and 4-on-4, with the first team to reach 10 match victories taking the title.
If the competition goes into a 9-9 tie or hill-hill, a 4-on-4 will be played to settle the contest.
