Is this LeBron's latest signature shoe? Sneakerheads abuzz over James shoes in Cavs practice
Sneakerheads speculate that the pair LeBron James wore Sunday during Cavs practice as the new Nike LeBron 14. Phot from Cavaliers Instagram account

IS this LeBron James’ new signature shoe?

A video released by the Cleveland Cavaliers’ Instagram account on Sunday (Monday, Manila time) with the caption “Cavs Sunday workout #striveforgreatness” reveals a brief glimpse of what could be The King’s latest signature kicks.

The black-and-white image shows James drilling jumpers in the team’s practice facility wearing a shoe with a clean, mid-top silhouette.

Sneakerheads were naturally buzzing online on the pair he was wearing.

For the upper, there is a Swoosh prominent on the top of the tongue and could possibly be the rumored strap, the first since the signature LeBron 5 (apart from the Soldier takedown models). There is another Swoosh on the medial side of the heel counter.

The outsole also contains multiple air pods, prominent in LeBron’s previous shoes. The heel has a vertical display of LeBron’s crown logo.

The new shoe will reportedly be released on January 1 and would have an SRP of US$175.
