PETRON middle blocker CJ Rosario is ready to take her talent to greater heights,.

Just not on the volleyball court.

Rosario, a tourism graduate from Arellano, is temporarily setting aside her volleyball career to chase her lifelong dream of becoming a flight attendant.

She is set to begin her training with Philippine Airlines in February.

"I didn't expect na matatanggap ako. I just applied," shared Rosario, who postponed her training twice to play in the Philippine Super Liga Grand Prix finals against eventual champion Foton in December.

"They told me that training starts on Game One of the Finals. Nag-beg off ako. Nasched sya Game Two naman. So parang ayaw na talaga ako paglaruin. Nagpa-sched ulit ako at na-sched ako this Feb," she added.

With the PSL on a break, Rosario is determined to make the most of her time to prepare for her training.
The younger sister of TNT KaTropa sophomore Troy, CJ is willing to do whatever it takes to achieve her goal.

"Gusto ko magamit din ang pinagaralan ko. I worked hard to earn this degree (Tourism) so gusto ko din magamit," she said.

Petron management has already given its full support to Rosario, who can always go back to the team if she wants to.

"Petron officials told me that their doors would always be open," she said. "If being an FA doesn't work out, I always have something to go back to. They will still welcome me because we're a family."
