Efren 'Bata' Reyes has yet to drop a match in the tournament.

EFREN “Bata” Reyes advanced to the final 16 of the Predator World Tournament of 14.1 (straight pool) in New York City.

Reyes remained unbeaten after defeating Brandon Shuff, 150-33, as he continues to roll in the tournament.

The legendary Filipino pool player drew a first-round bye in the knockout stages after going undefeated as the third-seeded player.

Reyes is joined in the round-of-16 by nine-ball stars Thorsten Hohmann, Darren Appleton and Johnny Archer.

Hohmann defeated Mika Immonen, 150-44, Appleton overcame Zaid Thweid, 150-108, and Archer won over Earl Strickland, 150-73.

Strickland and Immonen, however, still made it to the final 16 after winning in the losers’ bracket. Strickland downed Holden Chin, 150-65, while Immonen ousted Steve Lipsky, 150-27.
