SAN Miguel Beer on Tuesday traded Jeric Fortuna to Barako for Brian Heruela, reuniting the hulking guard with college teammate June Mar Fajardo at the Beermen camp.
The deal was approved by the PBA on Tuesday, more than a month after Spin.ph first reported about Fajardo's desire to have his University of Cebu teammate in the team.
Heruela, one of the few bright spots at Blackwater in his rookie season, led the league in assists before he was traded to Barako Bull for Carlo Lastimosa at the end of the season.
