Jason Celis had 22 points in the title match, scoring 10 in the first period as the Baby Falcons took a 27-15 lead in the first quarter. The player from Bacolod won the Joey Lim Memorial Most Valuable Player honor.
Reygan Santos and Steve Flores added 13 points each for Adamson, which also topped the Fr. Martin Summer Cup in June.
Nino Tamayo had 20 points for the Braves.
